Licensed Mental Health Therapist - Remote | WFH

Your Role and Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive psychotherapy to individuals, couples, and families, both virtually and in-person.
Full-time clinicians: Maintain a minimum caseload of 25 clients per week.
Part-time clinicians: Maintain a minimum caseload of 10 clients per week with a minimum of 12 hours of availability.
Conduct thorough assessments, provide accurate diagnoses, and develop effective treatment plans.
Complete timely and accurate electronic documentation within 72 hours.
Effectively manage your caseload and maintain a consistent schedule.
Compensation and Benefits:

Qualifications:

Valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in a state where we operate. (Arizona residency is required for hybrid roles).
Demonstrated commitment to client-centered care, utilizing trauma-informed and evidence-based practices.
Strong understanding of mental health counseling practices, including initial triage, risk assessment/management, crisis interventions, ICD-10 coding, and treatment planning.
Proficiency in technology, including EHR systems, video conferencing platforms (e.g., Zoom), and productivity suites (e.g., Google Suite).
Must not be opted out of Medicare.
