A dedicated CDL A truck driver position is open in Phoenix for drivers who want steady regional freight, consistent miles, and a reliable weekly reset time. This operation runs year-round with predictable deliveries, multi-stop routes, and equipment designed for store and distribution freight. Drivers who prefer structure and steady work instead of constantly changing dispatches will do well in this role.

Home Time & OperationF

This is a 24/7 dedicated operation running throughout Arizona and California. Drivers typically receive a 34-hour reset, but exact days off can vary depending on freight volume. Routes may include overnight runs and occasional layovers when delivering longer California loads. Weekend and holiday work is part of the normal schedule on this account.

Weekly Pay & Bonuses

Most CDL-A drivers on this account earn between $1,350 and $1,700 per week. Pay is based on CPM with additional safe-driving and on-time bonuses available. Drivers average around 1,600+ miles per week with multiple stops per load, providing consistent income without waiting on long OTR miles.

Trucks & Trailers

Drivers run newer, well-maintained tractors pulling 53-foot dry van trailers along with 48-foot lift-gate trailers used for store deliveries. Freight is no-touch for the driver, but this position does require handling multi-stop routes on a regular basis. The terminal is located in Phoenix, and drivers must have reliable transportation to and from the facility.

Requirements

Drivers hired for this role will be employed by Express Trucking Group and assigned to a dedicated regional route with consistent miles and dependable weekly pay.
