Lead Product Manager

**About this role:** Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Product Manager to drive strategy and execution for Auto Finance originations. This role blends product vision, technology leadership, and business impact-delivering innovative solutions that meet the needs of our customers and stakeholders. **In this role, you will:** + Define and prioritize product features aligned with business goals and customer needs + Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, for technology solutions + Build business cases for initiatives, leveraging data-driven insights to guide strategy + Collaborate with cross-functional teams (business, tech, product, legal, compliance, risk) to design and deliver optimal solutions + Mentor and develop less-tenured associates within the tech team + Ensure solutions comply with regulatory requirements and company policy + Champion agile methodologies and foster continuous improvement + Translate complex concepts into actionable recommendations and clear communication + Demonstrate effective collaboration and influence across all levels of the organization + Synthesize multi-dimensional, complex concepts into clear actions and decisions **Required Qualifications:** + 5+ years of Product Management, product development, strategic planning, process management, change delivery experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education **Desired Qualifications:** + Deep understanding of modern tech stacks (cloud, microservices, APIs, DevOps) + Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Jira, Confluence) + Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making + Experience supporting Auto Finance and/or Consumer Lending + Ability to assess risk, implement solutions, and influence change **Job Expectations:** + Must be able to work on-site at the location specified in the job posting. + Must be able to work a Hybrid work schedule. + Visa sponsorship is not available for this position. + Relocation assistance is not provided. **Posting End Date:** 16 Dec 2025 **_*Job posting may come down early due to volume of applicants._** **We Value Equal Opportunity** Wells Fargo is an equal opportunity employer.
