Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, or related field preferred
• Previous experience working with individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities preferred
• Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and techniques
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license

Note: This is an entry-level position. Training will be provided.

Position Overview

Join our team as a Behavior Technician and make a difference in the lives of individuals with autism! As a Behavior Technician, you will work directly with clients, implementing individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You will provide one-on-one therapy, support social groups, use Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques, collect data on client progress, and assist with behavior support plans.
