- Experienced Oracle Fusion Revenue Management Cloud consultant to lead end-to-end implementations, including requirements, design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
- Strong functional and technical expertise in ASC 606/IFRS 15 compliance, revenue recognition processes, and integration with other Oracle Cloud modules (Financials, Order Management, Procurement).
- Ability to configure/customize Revenue Contracts, Performance Obligations, SSP, deliver training, produce documentation, and collaborate with cross-functional teams while mentoring junior staff.
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Revenue Management Cloud Consultant with a minimum of 8 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in implementing, configuring, and optimizing Oracle Fusion Revenue Management Cloud solutions to support complex revenue recognition processes. This role requires strong technical and functional knowledge, exceptional problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions that align with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end implementation of Oracle Fusion Revenue Management Cloud, including requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
- Analyze complex business requirements related to revenue recognition and translate them into effective Oracle Fusion configurations.
- Configure and customize Oracle Fusion Revenue Management Cloud to meet client-specific needs, ensuring compliance with ASC 606 and IFRS 15 standards.
- Provide expert guidance on revenue allocation, contract management, and performance obligation tracking within Oracle Fusion.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including finance, IT, and business teams, to ensure seamless integration with other Oracle Cloud modules (e.g., Financials, Order Management, Procurement).
- Conduct system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and support post-go-live activities, including troubleshooting and issue resolution.
- Develop and deliver training sessions for end-users and create comprehensive documentation, including functional specifications, process flows, and user guides.
- Stay updated on Oracle Fusion Cloud updates and new features, providing recommendations to optimize system performance and enhance business processes.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives within the organization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience working with Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications, with at least 5 years focused on Oracle Fusion Revenue Management Cloud.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering multiple full-cycle Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations.
- Strong understanding of revenue recognition standards (ASC 606 and IFRS 15) and their application within Oracle Fusion.
- Expertise in configuring Oracle Fusion Revenue Management Cloud, including Revenue Contracts, Performance Obligations, and Standalone Selling Prices (SSP).
- Experience integrating Oracle Fusion Revenue Management with other Oracle Cloud modules and third-party systems.
- Proficiency in Oracle tools such as OTBI, BI Publisher, and SmartView for reporting and analytics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Oracle Fusion Cloud certifications (e.g., Oracle Financials Cloud: Revenue Management Implementation Professional) are highly desirable.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Oracle Fusion Financials, Order Management, or Subscription Management.
- Knowledge of SQL, PL/SQL, or other programming languages for custom reporting and data migration.
- Familiarity with Agile or Waterfall project management methodologies.
- Prior consulting experience with a focus on client-facing roles.
