Office Manager - State Farm Insurance Agency

Job Description

We are looking for a battle-tested State Farm professional to fully run our insurance agency day-to-day. This role is for someone who already knows State Farm systems, has handled both sales and service, and is confident working independently without hand-holding. If youre the type who takes ownership, solves problems before they become issues, and genuinely takes pride in taking amazing care of clients keep reading. This is not a call-center role and not entry level. You will often work alone. You will be trusted to run the office like its your own.

What Youll Own

• Full responsibility for daily office operations
• Sales and service for auto, home, life, and health
• Cross-selling and retention of the existing book
• Client service, follow-ups, and issue resolution
• Representing the agency with professionalism and confidence

Non-Negotiables

• 3+ years in a State Farm agents office
• Hands-on experience with sales AND service
• Confident navigating State Farm systems
• Active P&C, Life, and Health licenses
• Comfortable working independently and alone
• Willing to commute to the office daily from 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday
• Positive attitude, problem-solver, attention to detail

Compensation

• $60,000 base salary
• Quarterly bonuses designed to earn up to $20,000 annually
• Bonuses tied to performance, cross-selling, and hitting clear goals
