Clinical Lab Scientist I
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform laboratory testing and analysis to support clinical research studies.
- Process and analyze clinical samples following established laboratory protocols.
- Assist with histology and immunohistochemistry (IHC) procedures, when applicable.
- Maintain accurate laboratory records and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with laboratory quality standards, SOPs, and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with scientists, researchers, and healthcare professionals on clinical projects.
- Support clinical trial activities and contribute to research data generation.
- Troubleshoot laboratory issues and maintain laboratory equipment.
- Follow all safety guidelines and quality assurance procedures.
Skills:
- Clinical laboratory techniques
- Histology (preferred)
- Immunohistochemistry (IHC) (preferred)
- Clinical sample processing
- Laboratory documentation
- Quality assurance and regulatory compliance

Education/Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Biology, Medical Laboratory Science, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in a clinical laboratory environment.
- Histology or IHC experience is preferred.
- Histotechnologist (HT or HTL) certification is preferred but not required.
- Clinical trial experience is a plus.
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
