Director of FP&A

$170,000-$180,000 base salary

Vaco has partnered with a SaaS company to hire their next Director of FP&A. This role leads the company’s financial planning and analysis function, partnering closely with leadership to drive strategic decision-making, performance insights, and long-term growth. Responsibilities include:

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning aligned with growth objectives.
• Develop and maintain financial models to support scenario planning, pricing, and investment decisions.
• Analyze performance metrics and KPIs to drive revenue growth, margin improvement, and operational efficiency.
• Partner with business leaders and accounting to support reporting accuracy, cash flow planning, and strategic decisions.
• Lead M&A activities, including due diligence, deal modeling, and post-acquisition integration and reporting.

Requirements:

• M&A experience required
• PE background is a plus
• CPA is a plus
• SaaS experience is a plus
