The Restaurant Assistant Manager supports the Restaurant Manager by overseeing daily operations and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. This role focuses on maintaining quality standards, compliance, and delivering excellent service to guests, with no travel required.
Responsibilities
- Support daily restaurant operations and manage staff activities
- Ensure outstanding customer service and resolve customer issues promptly
- Monitor quality assurance and maintain compliance with health and safety standards
- Assist with team leadership and staff training initiatives
- Handle cash management and financial transactions accurately
- Report directly to the Restaurant Manager
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in restaurant management
- Strong skills in customer service and team leadership
- Proficient in cash handling procedures
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
