The Bilingual Payroll & Recruiting Coordinator plays a vital role in managing payroll operations and supporting recruitment activities within the organization. This position requires fluency in multiple languages to efficiently coordinate with diverse candidates and employees, ensuring accurate payroll processing and smooth recruitment workflows.

Responsibilities

• Process and manage payroll accurately and timely
• Coordinate recruitment efforts and communicate with candidates
• Screen candidates to match job requirements
• Facilitate employee onboarding procedures
• Ensure payroll compliance with relevant laws and policies
• Maintain accurate data entry and record keeping
• Schedule and organize interviews with candidates
• Must have experience reviewing resumes & interviewing
• Front Office role that assists in interview scheduling & payroll
• Must be competitive and be willing to assist in other areas of the office as needed

Payroll Duties:

• Processing Timecards & Entering data
• Balancing hours to ensure accuracy on submitted hours
• Reach out to Associates that have late timecards or missing timecards
• Communicate with clients for timecard errors & Invoices
• Audit Onboarding for hires; E-Verify, Drug Screening, & Background Screening
• Submission of payroll on Weds

Front Office Duties:

• Answering Multiple Calls, taking voicemails, and scheduling interviews
• Getting Office Google Reviews & Client leads
• Organizing events; Career Fairs, Volunteering events, and Office Team events
• Ordering Office Supplies and keeping lobby stocked
• Meeting with the Owner daily to review office needs

Preferred Qualifications

• 1 year of payroll processing experience
• 1 Year of Recruiting Experience
• Microsoft Excel Experience - Creating Tables
• Must be familiar with hitting weekly goals - Key Performance Indicators
