What You’ll Do
- Manage and execute the Positive Hold and Release program to ensure ingredients and finished products meet established food safety and quality standards.
- Coordinate analytical testing of raw materials and finished products for chemical, physical, and microbiological properties.
- Maintain testing schedules, monitor laboratory lead times, and track the progress of internal and external analyses.
- Review and interpret analytical test results against product specifications and quality requirements.
- Communicate testing results, product disposition decisions, and compliance-related information across departments.
- Respond to internal and external inquiries regarding testing status, quality documentation, and analysis timelines.
What You’ll Bring
- A minimum of one year of applicable quality, compliance, laboratory, or food manufacturing experience.
- Experience within agriculture, food manufacturing, dietary supplements, quality assurance, or related industries preferred.
- Strong analytical thinking, critical problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Excellent organizational, prioritization, and time-management abilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate across multiple departments.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Outlook, with the ability to quickly learn new systems and software.

Physical & Work Environment Requirements
- Ability to perform general office-based work, including extended computer use and document review.
- Ability to lift and transport samples, files, and materials weighing up to 25 pounds.
- Ability to perform all essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Work is primarily performed in an office environment with flexibility to work remotely as business needs allow.
