Job Description: Senior Customer Service Representative at NGL Transportation
NGL Transportation is an asset-based logistics service provider that offers comprehensive logistics solutions, ranging from third-party logistics (3PL) to nationwide transportation. Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and resolve escalated customer inquiries and complaints
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
- Provide guidance and support to junior customer service representatives
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Handle difficult situations with professionalism and empathy <> Identify and implement process improvements to enhance customer service
- Assist in training new employees on customer service policies and procedures
Essential Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in using customer service software
Desired Experience:
- 2-5 years of experience in a customer service role
- Experience in the transportation or logistics industry is a plus
Salary & Benefits:
- Minimum Salary: $24 per hour
- Maximum Salary: $26 per hour
- Currency: USD
