Job Summary:

Courtesy Kia, is seeking a Receptionist to join our team. The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing a warm and professional welcome to visitors and callers. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. The Receptionist will also assist with various administrative tasks to support the dealership's operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome customers as they enter the dealership.
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a courteous and professional manner.
• Provide accurate information about the dealership's products, services, and promotions.
• Manage the reception area to ensure it is clean, organized, and welcoming.
• Assist with scheduling appointments for sales, service, and other departments.
• Handle customer inquiries and direct them to the appropriate department or staff member.
• Maintain and update customer records and databases.
• Distribute mail and handle other administrative tasks as needed.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth communication and operations.
• Assist with special projects and events as required.

Qualifications, Essential Functions & Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Familiarity with dealership management software is a plus.
• Positive attitude and a team player.
