What You'll Do

• Coordinate delivery scheduling and communicate with drivers whilemaintaininga high standard of customer service
• Prepare position reports in Excel reflecting customer and contract details, material types, delivery schedules, and supplier contract numbers
• Proactively manage customer accounts, including direct customer communication regardingpending or delayed deliveries
• Verify shipment items against work orders to ensure accuracy of quantities, destinations, and routing

What You'll Need

• Minimum of one year of experience in a customer service role preferred
• Solid understanding of production, logistics, and customer service operations
• Strong decision-making skills with excellent verbal and written customer service communication
• Working knowledge of DOT regulations and manual compliance

Your Education

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience preferred
