We are adding a Recruiting Coordinator to our on-site team at one of our prominent clients in the Glendale area.

This is a great opportunity to gain experience and knowledge of the HR function and have plenty of room to grow.

Responsibilities:

The position will contribute to the execution of RIS work processes by directly supporting the onsite account team.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure compliance and coordinate efforts for recruiting and applicant screenings (background checks, assessments, and drug testing).

Manage safety protocols and maintain accurate talent records.

Conduct both phone and in-person interviews.

Working hours: 3:30 PM - 12:00 AM

Skills:
- Ability to develop robust working relationships with all levels
- Proficient computer skills for accuracy in reporting and recording information
- Experience in multi-tasking, prioritizing work and effective time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent service orientation and professional demeanor
- Ability and willingness to take on operational tasks

Education:
High School

Experience:
Entry Level

Qualifications:
Experience working with staffing agencies or managing contract/temporary personnel.
