Position Summary

We are seeking professional, licensed loan originators who focus on customer service and closings to add to our team. We offer direct to consumer marketing, we are not bulk buying leads and cold calling, we are targeted and direct, providing warm leads to our originating team.

We offer a variety of Non-QM products from Bridge, Construction, 5/6 ARMs, Lot, Commercial, Fix and Flips, Doctor/Attorney loans, Condo Hotels and 2nd's. We underwrite and process all loans in house, giving us the ability to approve and close loans quickly and efficiently.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Take incoming pre qualified live tranfers and make outbound calls to potential borrowers that have expressed interest in obtaining a mortgage loan and then pair up with real estate agents to build new relationships and business verticals.
• Guide borrowers through the loan application process.
• Take a complete and accurate loan applications in the loan origination system, providing borrowers with all required disclosures.
• Analyze detailed financial and credit data, matching borrower requests/goals with an appropriate loan program and level of risk.
• Assist the loan processor in gathering the necessary documents from the customer to prepare for underwriting.
• Work closely with the processor and underwriter to address any underwriting issues.
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of all mortgage products and services, including forms and documentation for each type of loan.

Education and Experience

• NMLS License
• Call Cener experience
• Ability to maintain a knowledge of lending guidelines, investor programs, industry requirements, and industry changes.

• Demonstrated computer skills in word processing, spreadsheet, and electronic mail software.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, and a high level of professional integrity.

• Sales experience.
