Sales Admin Assistant
Location: On-site – Near McKellips Rd & Higley Rd
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay: $20/hour

Position Overview

We are seeking an organized and motivated Sales Admin Assistant to support the sales and project management teams with administrative coordination, project setup, and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Organize project files and project startup documentation
• Prepare and track warranties, compliance documents, and lien notices
• Support weekly project meetings and maintain project trackers
• Assist with sales submittals, brochures, and sample coordination
• Coordinate color and material samples with vendors
• Provide general administrative support to sales and project management teams
• Help ensure accurate recordkeeping and smooth project coordination
