Our client is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Attorney with strong litigation, deposition, and trial experience to join their growing team.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Handle personal injury litigation matters from filing lawsuit through trial

• Draft, respond to, and manage written discovery processes

• Take and defend depositions of parties, witnesses, and experts

• Represent clients in court, trial preparation, and minors' compromises

• Independently manage active caseload and immediately jump into ongoing cases

Qualifications:

• Active Arizona Bar License (mandatory)

• Prior experience in personal injury litigation

• Strong exposure to discovery drafting and deposition practice

• Trial experience or strong willingness to proceed to trial preferred

• Ability to work independently with accountability and responsibility
