**What You'll Do:**
+ Provide customer service by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and participating in emergency response activities when appropriate.
+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.
+ Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activities and observe for any unusual conditions.
+ Monitor entry points and restricted areas to help to deter unauthorized access within the technology and media environment.
+ Communicate and collaborate with team members and site personnel to address security-related concerns and support a secure location.
+ Prepare and submit clear and accurate reports on daily activities, incidents, and/or irregularities as required by site protocols.
+ Represent Allied Universal in a professional manner while interacting with staff, visitors, and/or contractors on location.
**Minimum Requirements:**
+ A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
+ CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
+ Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
+ Customer service experience is preferred.
+ Access control or badge experience is preferred.
+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
