Job Type Part-Time: Non-Exempt Shift Day Shift Hours 7:00am - 7:30pm - Monday - Sunday Specialties / Licenses or Certifications Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing as a Registered Nurse Work Setting Crisis Salary/Hourly Wage $37.00 - $45.00/hour Our Position: The Registered Nurse (RN) position oversees the medical, psychiatric, substance abuse and nursing care for individuals served. The RN position also services as clinical liaison for designated individuals until they are enrolled in services at another community facility. Your Responsibilities: - Coordinates services with various public and private community health, mental health and social service agencies to ensure appropriate services for individuals.
- Assists individuals with preparation and recording of the service planning process.
- Conducts assessments and treatment plans.
- Provides individual and family counseling.
- Participates in the development of educational curriculum.
- Supervises and/or provides nursing treatment and monitoring, such as diabetes and blood pressure.
- Administers medication as required by protocol.
- Responds to crisis calls for assessment and pertinent intervention as needed.
- Completes clinical documentation as required.
- Understands and adheres to RI International compliance standards as they appear in the Code of Conduct and Conflict of Interest Policies.
- Keeps abreast of all federal and state regulations and laws and all RI International policies as they presently exist and as they change or are modified.
- Performs other related duties assigned.

- Valid and current state-specific RN license.
- Knowledge of psychiatric medications and their indications, common side effects, reactions and interactions of medications prescribed.
- Basic computer skills.
- Ability to pay close attention to detail.
- Ability to problem solve.
- Ability to conduct assessments and treatment plans.
- Ability to communicate both verbally and in writing.
- Effective listening skills.
- Excellent documentation skills.
- Trauma Informed Care experience preferred.
- Bilingual preferred.
- Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing as a Registered Nurse, Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred.
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience working in a behavioral health setting.
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality (HIPAA guidelines and regulations) and professionalism.

- Must be able to pass education verification check.
- Must be able to pass three-year motor vehicle report and meet minimum eligibility requirements criteria of insurance carrier (if driving is required for this position).
