Job Description

As a Security Officer - Aerospace Security Clearance in Chandler, AZ , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol designated areas within an aerospace and defense location, helping to deter security-related incidents through routine patrols and visible presence. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to our clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and perimeter, helping to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential issues.
• Monitor access points and observe for unusual or suspicious activity within the aerospace and defense environment.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, visitors, and Allied Universal team members regarding security-related matters.
• Document and report incidents, observations, and daily activities according to site requirements.
• Assist with crowd control and/or access control during special events or heightened security-related situations at the location.
• Follow all site-specific protocols and guidelines as directed by Allied Universal and site management.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must have at least 2 years of security-related experience.
• Must possess an active Department of Defense Secret Clearance.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
