Scheduling Manager Senior Home Care

The tasks for this job include:

• Manage all incoming calls Monday-Friday from 8:00-5pm.
• Answer phones in a friendly, professional attitude.
• Return all voicemails within 30 minutes.
• Check email and phone messages every 30-60 minutes.
• Be knowledgeable of company Policies and Procedures.
• Be knowledgeable of services provided by our agency to manage prospects.
• Manage caregiver/client schedules for all clients utilizing WellSky software.
• Update caregiver schedules on WellSky.
• Responsible for LTC billing and paperwork.
• Send daily report of activity and follow up needed.
• Assist with managing caregiving team on daily basis.
• Perform other duties as instructed by the Administrator.
• Participate in rotating weekend on-call support to after phone hours service.

Must have a minimum of 1 year caregiving experience and prior management experience preferred.

• Strong sense of customer service

• Flexibility and good time management skills A MUST

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Professional verbal and written communication skills

• Must be comfortable with using technology

• Must be detail-oriented, organized, and adaptable to change

• Must be a team player

• Ability to pass required pre-employment assessments and background test
