Are you someone who thrives on helping others and creating positive experiences? Join our team as a Customer Service Representative (CSR) and become the welcoming voice and support system for individuals navigating healthcare and disability-related services.
In this essential frontline role, you’ll assist customers with ADA Core Services, coordinate transportation, and provide administrative support—all while making a real difference in people’s lives.
What You’ll Do
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and empathy.
- Assist customers in applying for ADA Core Services and other disability-related programs.
- Coordinate non-emergent transportation and paratransit services using our systems.
- Perform clerical tasks including data entry, ID processing, and reception coverage.
- Maintain accurate records, schedule appointments, and support special projects.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain confidentiality.
- Manage office supplies and equipment, and liaise with vendors as needed.
What You Bring
- A passion for customer service and helping others.
- Experience in a call center or customer support environment.
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve in a fast-paced setting.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with ADA services is a plus.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.00/hr.
