About This Role We're hiring Commercial HVAC Service Technicians to join our Utah team. These are full-time field positions covering diagnostics, repairs, and ongoing maintenance of commercial and industrial HVAC systems across diverse facility types.

What You'll Do

• Diagnose and service commercial HVAC equipment — RTUs, split systems, boilers, chillers, and heat pumps.
• Carry out planned maintenance and site inspections to optimize system efficiency and extend equipment service life.
• Pinpoint and correct electrical and mechanical problems across multiple HVAC system types.
• Repair or swap out components including motors, compressors, fans, and thermostats.
• Navigate wiring diagrams, control schematics, and manufacturer specs with confidence.
• Update clients and internal team members on diagnostic findings and recommended action.
• Keep detailed, accurate service records — work performed, materials used, and system observations.
• Complete all work in line with safety requirements, applicable building codes, and company guidelines.

What You'll Bring

• High school diploma or GED; HVAC technical training or certification preferred.
• 4 or more years of hands-on commercial HVAC service experience.
• Field experience with RTUs, VRV/VRF, VAV systems, split systems, chillers, boilers, and AHUs.
• Strong foundational knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical circuits, and mechanical components.
• EPA 608 Universal Certification required.
• Able to read and apply blueprints and technical service documentation.
• Sharp diagnostic instincts and a systematic approach to problem-solving.
• Clear, professional communicator with customer-facing experience.
• Valid driver's license; able to travel to job sites throughout the market.

Preferred Qualifications

• NATE certification or comparable credential.
• Experience using field service software or mobile work order platforms.
