We’re seeking a driven Operations Manager to help take our growing company to the next level. We offer a competitive compensation package, including: • Salary: $90,000 – $105,000 plus annual management bonus incentives

Responsibilities:
Key outcomes for your first year: • Develop, implement, and optimize operational processes to increase efficiency and quality.
• Build, coach, and develop a high-performing team with clear accountability.
• Collaborate with leadership to improve profitability, manage resources, and enhance customer experience.
• Foster a culture of safety, continuous improvement, and employee engagement.
Qualifications:
• Have 5+ years of experience in operations, project management, or a similar role (security or construction industry preferred).
• Possess strong leadership and team coordination skills, with proven ability to inspire and engage others.
• Understand or are willing to learn low-voltage security systems (CCTV, access control, alarms).
• Are proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, timekeeping/project management tools, and CRM software.
• Exhibit excellent communication, organizational abilities, and high adaptability.
• Is committed to upholding company standards, safety protocols, and confidentiality.
Additional requirements: • Valid Arizona driver’s license.
• Ability to pass background/MVR check and drug test.
• Willingness to work both in the field and office under varying conditions.
