Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Prod Admin to provide administrative support to the Production Managers. The Production Admin will be responsible for managing production-related documentation, maintaining accurate records, and assisting employees with administrative needs. This role requires strong organizational skills, accuracy, and the ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.

Essential Job Functions

• Support Production Managers with administrative tasks.
• Manage UKG entries, including schedule changes, missed punches, and vacation requests.
• Assist employees with filling out and submitting required forms.
• Review and update Yields to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Review and update First Unit Checks documentation.
• Review and update WIP counts.
• Review and update Work Orders.
• Maintain organized records and ensure timely completion of production-related paperwork.
• Communicate effectively with employees and management to resolve administrative issues.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within the Production department.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience in administrative or clerical support, preferably in a production or manufacturing environment.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) .
• Experience with UKG or similar HR/Timekeeping systems is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Physical Demands:

· Regularly lift and/or move up to 10 lbs.

· Ability to sit for long periods of time and work on a computer

Position Qualifications:

· Must be 18 years of age or older

· Ability to work in a team environment.

· Ability to train and teach others.

· Ability to work in hot or cold environments

· Ability to read, write, communicate, and comprehend required paperwork in English

· MS Office Excel, Word, PowerPoint (proficiency)

· Experience in clerical support (2+ years Preferred)
