What You'll Be Doing

You'll be the friendly face and welcoming voice our patients see first.

Your day may include:

• Greeting patients with a smile

• Scheduling appointments and helping patients find times that work for them

• Answering phones and assisting patients with questions

• Verifying insurance and reviewing treatment estimates

• Collecting payments and processing paperwork

• Helping the clinical team stay on schedule

• Creating an exceptional experience for every patient who walks through our doors

Requirements

• Dental front office experience (2 years +)

• High School Diploma or GED

• Dentrix experience is a plus

• Knowledge of dental insurance

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Reliable, organized, and team-oriented

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
