On-Market Lead Generation Specialist
We’re looking for a **Cold Caller / Lead Gen** to join our real estate team. You’ll be responsible for contacting potential sellers, qualifying leads, and gathering key property information to support our acquisitions team. This is a remote position with flexible hours.
**Responsibilities:**
* _Call *real estate agents* daily regarding on-market listings_
* _Build and maintain strong working relationships with agents_
* Make outbound calls to potential sellers and follow up on leads
* Collect property details including listing info, seller motivation, and mortgage balance if available
* Input and maintain lead information in our CRM
* Follow up consistently to keep leads active
* Coordinate with the acquisitions team to evaluate potential deals
**Requirements:**
* Native-level English communication, confident on the phone
* Experience with real estate leads, cold calling, or phone sales
* Organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
* Comfortable using CRM systems and spreadsheets
**Preferred:**
* Experience with real estate investors or agent outreach
* Knowledge of creative financing, wholesaling, or investment strategies
**Pay:** Up to **$7/hr**, _depending on experience_
