With a great reputation and culture, Biltmore is looking to add an administrative assistant to our team to help support regional managers and the main office.What You’ll DoAs an entry-level Property Manager in Phoenix, you’ll help keep assigned communities running smoothly by balancing resident service, vendor coordination, and accurate reporting. This role exists to protect property performance while delivering responsive, professional support to residents and owners.Key responsibilities include handling resident questions, coordinating and tracking maintenance work, completing inspections, supporting leasing activity, collecting rent, and helping ensure policies and local requirements are followed.Required qualifications/skills: - Strong organization, follow-through, and clear communication- Customer-focused problem solving and attention to detail- Comfort using property management software (AppFolio or Yardi preferred)- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel)If you’re ready to grow your career as a Property Manager, apply today.A Typical DayYou’ll start onsite Monday–Friday, 8–5, reviewing priorities for the day and checking messages that came in after hours. Expect a steady mix of resident conversations, quick check-ins with vendors, and time at your desk updating notes and files.
