Location: Phoenix, AZ (100% Onsite)

Type: 6–9 Month Contract-to-Hire

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Job Description:


The Arizona State Retirement System (AZASRS) is seeking a skilled Java Developer to join their Technical Services Division (TSD) . As a part of one of seven Agile Scrum teams, you'll participate in the design and development of solutions to improve financial operations, client services, and legacy application modernization. This role offers an opportunity to grow your full-stack development skills using current technologies in a DevOps-centric environment.


You will work with technologies like Java 17+, Spring Boot, Oracle, and front-end tools like Bootstrap and JQuery. Developers are encouraged to work across all application tiers—UI, controller logic, back-end services, and database integration.
