Corporate Travel Coordinator-Arizona
We are looking for detail-oriented and customer-focused Travel Agents to join our remote team. In this role, you will assist clients with researching, planning, and booking travel experiences while providing exceptional service from inquiry to return.
This is a flexible, remote opportunity ideal for individuals who are self-motivated and comfortable working independently.
Key Responsibilities
Consult with clients to understand their travel preferences and needs
Research destinations, resorts, cruises, flights, and travel packages
Coordinate bookings and manage reservations
Provide ongoing client support before, during, and after travel
Stay informed about travel industry updates, promotions, and supplier offerings
Maintain accurate client records and booking documentation
Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
High level of organization and attention to detail
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Basic computer proficiency and reliable internet access
Customer service, hospitality, or sales experience preferred
Must be 18 years or older
