Multi-State Traveling Superintendent

We are looking for a Superintendent to join our team. This is a full-time, Multi-State Traveling remote role. The Superintendent will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the construction site, including managing the construction crews, ensuring safety protocols are followed, and ensuring that the project is completed on time and within budget. The Superintendent will also be responsible for coordinating with other departments to ensure that all aspects of the project are completed in a timely and efficient manner.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of construction processes and safety protocols
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
• Relevant experience in the construction industry
• Knowledge of local building codes and regulations
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and other technical documents
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Willing to travel and work remote

Beneficial skills and qualifications include:

• Experience with cost control
• Knowledge of construction scheduling software
• Experience with project management software
• Knowledge of LEED certification requirements
• Experience with green building practices
• New Construction Experience is a PLUS
