Qualifications: The ideal Salon Colleague will have the instinct to exude the following: • Excellent communication skills that inspire connection with guests and colleagues. • A passion to be of service to others. • High level of personal and professional integrity. • Confident technical skills and strong educational background, with the ability to adjust techniques according to the intake assessment, indicators in treatment and contraindications. • Exceptional team player, share and maintain a positive attitude in a robust spa environment. • Solutions oriented approach to problem solving, capable of dealing with stressful situations calmly and professionally. • Time management awareness and adherence to work schedules. • Organizational skills. • High standard of tidiness and sanitation awareness. • Availability to work a schedule that includes, evenings, weekends and holidays is required. • Must display appropriate social skills and congeniality necessary to make guests and colleagues feel comfortable and welcome.
