Estate and business planning law firm located in Scottsdale is seeking a receptionist/legal secretary. Responsibilities include assisting attorneys with preparing various legal documents and correspondence, answering phones, processing mail, communications with clients, calendaring, drafting letters, hospitality for client meetings, file management and ordering supplies. Must be skilled with Microsoft Office products, strong attention to detail and well organized. Minimum 1 - 2 years of law firm experience preferred. Benefits include medical insurance, 401(k), PTO and parking. We are open to hiring someone either full-time or part-time.
