Chick-fil-A Team Member Position

Our organizational structure includes the following levels of Team Members, and we are always looking for amazing people to join our team! Our starting pay for Team Members is $15.25+ per hour and is based role, availability, and proven previous experience.

• Part Time Team Member - Front and Kitchen
• Full Time Team Member - Front and Kitchen
• Trainer Team Member

• Personally follow all Chick-fil-A Ina at Thornydale systems, processes, policies and procedures related to your specific role
• Ensure adherence to food safety and cleanliness guidelines

• Strong personal desire to want to serve other people
