Responsibilities

•Assemble and install server components, computer hardware, and cabling using schematics and diagrams.

•Use laser measuring tools to accurately place and align server racks.

•Conduct cycle counts, manage stock levels, and maintain accurate inventory records in digital systems.

•Pack, label, and prepare shipments of sensitive tech equipment.

•Perform visual inspections and troubleshoot hardware issues to ensure quality.

•Safely operate pallet jacks, RF scanners, and other material handling tools.

•Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve material needs and support production flow.

•Maintain a clean, organized workspace in accordance with safety and 5S standards.

Qualifications

•1–2+ years of experience in one or more of the following:

• Computer hardware assembly, repair, or technician work

• Electronics production line or technician/operator roles

• Warehouse operations, inventory, or logistics support

•Ability to read and follow technical schematics, diagrams, or assembly instructions.

•Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and comfort using digital tracking tools (RF scanners, SAP, or WMS).

•Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and quality focus.

•Ability to lift 50–100 lbs and stand/walk for 10-hour shifts.

•Reliable attendance and transportation to Mesa, AZ worksite.

•High school diploma or GED required.

•Must pass a 10-year national background check and drug screening (completed within 24 hours of offer).

Pay

$19.50 – $20.50 per hour

Schedule

Full-Time | Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 5:00 PM | Saturdays from either 6:00 AM – 5:00 PM OR 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM

Must be willing & available to work OT on weekdays & Saturdays as needed.
