The RN Manager Surgical Services, Operating Room will lead within a robust Surgical Department embedded in a hospital designated as a Stroke Center and a Cardiac Center, and renowned for a strong Orthopedics program. The RN Manager Surgical Services, Operating Room will oversee a broad case mix spanning ortho (including total joints and spine), cardiac, neuro, general surgery, bariatrics, robotics, ENT, urology, plastics, and women’s services across multiple modern operating rooms with dedicated pre-op, PACU, and sterile processing support to optimize throughput and patient experience.

The RN Manager Surgical Services, Operating Room will report to a seasoned Director of Perioperative Services and partner closely with anesthesia leadership, surgical service line leaders, and sterile processing to advance safety, quality, and efficiency. The RN Manager Surgical Services, Operating Room will guide friendly nurses and a diverse interdisciplinary team, shaping staffing and scheduling, mentoring charge RNs, supporting surgeon relations, driving PI initiatives, stewarding supply chain and capital planning, aligning with regulatory standards, and fostering a collaborative culture where every voice contributes to outstanding care.
