Executive Personal Assistant
Tarvos Talent is partnering with a fast-paced, entrepreneurial organization to identify an Executive Personal Assistant to support senior leadership in a highly visible onsite role. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys being a true right-hand partner, and can operate with confidence, discretion, and minimal direction.
The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, emotionally intelligent, and comfortable supporting a strong, direct personality. This person should be adaptable, resourceful, and capable of managing changing priorities with professionalism and composure.
Qualifications
- Previous Personal Executive Assistant or high-level support experience
- Ability to execute independently with minimal direction
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- High level of professionalism, adaptability, and discretion
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, fully onsite environment
