Registered Nurse
- Provide inpatient nursing care to 5-6 medical and surgical patients
- Monitor and manage telemetry patients using remote monitoring systems
- Administer medications and IV therapies safely and accurately
- Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
- Document care and patient responses in the EMR
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support safe, effective care
- Meditech EMR
- Pyxis medication dispensing system
- Alaris IV pumps
- Remote telemetry monitoring
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Minimum of 1 year acute care experience required
- EKG competency required
- Required certifications: BLS and ACLS
- Must be willing to work every other weekend or one weekend shift per week
- Weekend shifts include Saturday and Sunday
- Float to all Med-Surg Remote Tele units on 2nd and 3rd floors
- Occasional float to PCU required
