Position: Paid Social Media SpecialistLocation: Phoenix, Arizona (On-site 16th Street & Northern)
Status: Full Time; Exempt

Education: Bachelor’s degree with 3-4 years experience in agency digital media management required (Paid Social - Facebook, IG, etc. required)
The Paid Social Media Specialist supports clients by developing, optimizing, analyzing, and communicating paid media strategies to meet client goals. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, as it focuses on executing client deliverables.
In a constantly evolving digital landscape, the Specialist will continually refine their skills and adapt to industry changes. Responsibilities include developing and managing paid campaigns, maintaining budget pacing, and providing performance analysis with actionable recommendations. You will also provide insights on campaign performance both regularly and on-demand, aligning results with client KPIs across various channels.
ROLE EXPECTATIONS:
- Strong knowledge of social media channels and tools.
- Experience with analytics platforms such as Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
- Familiarity with Google Ads and Programmatic media is a plus but can be developed.
- Proven ability to translate high-level client goals into actionable paid media strategies.
- Experience setting up promoted social posts and coordinating assets between creative, client services, and client partners.
- Skilled in compiling and interpreting campaign data from multiple platforms into concise monthly reports.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in pixel set-ups and resolving ad account-related issues.
- Strong attention to detail without losing sight of broader objectives.
- Critical thinker with excellent reasoning and problem-solving skills.
- Keeps up-to-date with industry trends and applies relevant insights to client projects.
- Strong Excel skills.

- Travel as needed for client meetings and events.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s Degree required with 3-4 years of Paid Social Advertising at an agency
- Attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple clients, projects and tasks.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Possess a natural curiosity about digital marketing and paid media – early adopters wanted.
- Both an overarching strategist and tactical implementer, both are key to this role.
