Licensed Real Estate Inside Sales Agent

We're seeking an experienced and motivated Inside Sales Agent to join our fast-paced, high-performing real estate team. In this role, you'll focus on identifying new opportunities, qualifying inbound and outbound leads, and connecting them with our top-producing buyer and listing agents.

You'll work closely with seasoned professionals who are committed to mentoring and supporting your development. With a direct path toward becoming a listing agent, this role gives you the foundation, experience, and tools needed to build a successful long-term career.

Compensation:

$85,000 - $150,000 at plan

Responsibilities:

• Use CRM to compile a list of all leads to ensure agents have up-to-date information to move through the listing and closing process
• Qualify the incoming leads you generate for appointments with realtors and field agents to provide quick response times and meet their needs
• Turn prospective clients into qualified real estate leads by continuously following up via phone calls and email and facilitating communication and adding them to the sales pipeline
• Track monthly and quarterly performance and sales key metrics to ensure sales goals are met
• Develop new business opportunities within specific geographies to expand clientele

Qualifications:

• Must have a valid U.S. driver's license and can travel by car
• Real estate license or pursuing required
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Applicants should have a high school diploma, bachelor's degree desired
