Office Clerk

Infinity Landscape Construction is looking for an enthusiastic Office Clerk to join our team. This position is an excellent opportunity for individuals starting their career industry. In this role, you will support daily activities, including managing correspondence and assisting with project documentation. Responsibilities
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Maintain organized filing systems for project documents
- Assist with data entry and maintain accurate records
- Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings
- Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent service
- Prepare and distribute reports as needed
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
