Office Clerk
Description
Infinity Landscape Construction is looking for an enthusiastic Office Clerk to join our team. This position is an excellent opportunity for individuals starting their career industry. Responsibilities
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Maintain organized filing systems for project documents
- Assist with data entry and maintain accurate records
- Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings
- Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent service
- Prepare and distribute reports as needed
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
