U.S. Belt is a high-end accessory design house specializing in belts, socks, and eyewear, with all belts designed and produced in-house in Scottsdale, Arizona.

We’re looking for a Manufacturing Assistant to the Designer ; Someone who’s highly organized, dependable, and thrives in a hands-on, detail oriented environment. If you’re energized by structure, precision, and helping a designer bring ideas to life, this is your opportunity.

What You’ll Do

You’ll work directly with our designer and production team to ensure the studio runs smoothly, balancing creative flow with operational precision.
This position blends production support, materials management, and day-to-day coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the designer and production team with daily workflow and project organization
• Handle material prep, cutting, sewing, and finishing (loops, buckles, straps, edge-painting, gluing, and packaging)
• Order and track raw materials, hardware, and leather inventory
• Maintain organized workstations and accurate production records
• Communicate with suppliers and vendors to confirm orders and delivery timelines
• Enter and update data for production and inventory reports
• Assist in quality control and inspection to ensure brand standards are met
• Help coordinate logistics for trade shows and showroom displays

Who You Are

• Exceptionally organized, detail-driven, and dependable
• Enjoys hands-on craftsmanship as much as operational efficiency
• Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines calmly and clearly
• Proficient in Excel, Word, and comfortable learning internal systems
• Communicates clearly and professionally with team members and suppliers
• Positive, adaptable, and eager to grow with the company
• Comfortable working with materials such as leather and hardware

Education & Requirements

• High school diploma (required)
• Physical ability to stand, move quickly, and lift up to 40 lbs
• Must pass a pre-employment drug test (drug-free workplace; random testing may occur)
• Facial tattoos are not permitted

What We Offer

• Starting salary: $55,000+ per year, with review after 90 days
• Health insurance and benefits after 90 days
• Weekly pay
• Monday – Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM on-site
