Job Summary

We are looking for individuals to join our client’s team as a Billing Representative. You will have a strong understanding of billing processes, insurance claim submission, and payment posting.

Job Description

• Perform billing tasks including claims submission, payment posting, and insurance follow-up.
• Handle Medicare, Medicaid, commercial insurance, and third-party billing, including Blue Cross and Blue Shield.
• Maintain accurate records of all billing transactions.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and external clients regarding billing inquiries.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and organizational requirements.

Skills Required

• Minimum 1 year of previous billing experience with Medicare, Medicaid, third-party payers, Blue Cross, Blue Shield, and commercial insurance.
• Proficient in payment posting and CPT code usage.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Customer service orientation.

Education/Training/Certifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.

Additional Requirements

• Shift Time: 9:00 AM-5:00 PM

Pay Rate

• Up to $27.00 per hour depending on experience
