Minimum 6 months Paraprofessional or Special Education experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Make a difference in the learning journeys of students by supporting their academic growth and ensuring compliance with educational standards. This onsite, full-time contract position focuses on key areas such as ARD facilitation and paraprofessional support in a school environment near Mesa, AZ.

Ideal candidates will have experience working with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), demonstrate strong organizational skills, and excel in collaborative roles. This opportunity allows you to work directly with students, families, staff, and multidisciplinary teams, helping shape educational pathways and outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Current Special Education Teaching License or Certificate in Arizona
• Valid IVP Fingerprint Card
• Expertise in ARD facilitation and paraprofessional support within schools
• Strong knowledge of IEP compliance and implementation
• Effective communication and leadership abilities
• Experience working collaboratively with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams

Key Responsibilities:

• Guide the development, implementation, and evaluation of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Administer the referral and evaluation process, including conducting placement and review conferences
• Provide curriculum coordination and support for staff development
• Facilitate communication and planning among multidisciplinary teams, administrators, and parents to ensure student needs are met
• Maintain accurate records and compliance documentation in accordance with state and federal regulations
