Our East Mesa client is seeking a Part-Time Bookkeeper on a Direct Hire basis.

• Manage full-cycle bookkeeping, including AP/AR
• Utilize QuickBooks Online to perform daily financial tasks
• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Oversee payroll processing and ensure compliance with ADP financial services standards for a small team
• Conduct a cash flow analysis to monitor and optimize financial performance
• Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts
• Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions in a computerized accounting system
• Reconcile bank accounts and resolve discrepancies
• Collaborate with management to support decision-making through financial insights
• Ensure compliance with accounting regulations and company policies

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper or similar role.
• Proficiency in accounting software systems, including QuickBooks Online
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel for financial analysis and reporting.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and management.
• Foreign currency exchange knowledge would be a plus
