Hybrid Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Remote / In-Person

At Centria Autism, our Hybrid BCBA role offers the best of both worlds: the ability to work from home part of the week, combined with meaningful in-person collaboration with clients, families, and clinical teams.
In this position, you’ll deliver and oversee high-quality ABA therapy across both virtual and center-based settings, supported by our clinical systems, operational teams, and a commitment to compassionate, client-centered care.

Criteria for the Hybrid BCBA role includes weekly in-person supervision.

Compensation and Incentives:

1. Base salary up to $105,000 (based on experience).
2. Signing Bonus
3. Monthly and weeklybonus structure averaging $1,000 or more per month !

Your Role & Impact as a BCBA

• Oversee ABA therapy services with a 50/50 split between remote and in-person engagement

• Supervise and support Behavior Technicians virtually and during scheduled in-person visits

• Develop and implement assent-based, individualized behavior plans following ABA principles

• Engage parents in their child’s therapy with monthly parent training to drive meaningful progress

• Maintain high-quality clinical services through regular supervision and data-driven decision-making
