We are seeking a customer-focused professional to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. You will serve as the primary point of contact for our Direct Buy customers, ensuring they receive exceptional support. The role involves handling customer inquiries, managing orders, and collaborating with Sales and other teams to implement programs and promotions. At Hayward, delivering outstanding products and services is at the heart of everything we do.

Responsibilities

Engage with Customers

• Serve as the trusted point of contact for Direct Buy customers via email, phone, fax, and EDI
• Review and verify orders for accuracy
• Process orders, sample requests, vouchers, and credits efficiently
• Communicate clearly with customers regarding order updates, exceptions, and product availability

Collaborate Across Teams

• Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and other departments to ensure seamless customer service
• Implement sales programs and promotional initiatives
• Process credits or replacement products as needed
• Maintain accurate customer and Matrix pricing databases

Qualifications & Skills

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, seasonal environment
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, focused on clarity and inclusivity
• Proactive problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
• Deep commitment to delivering exceptional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders

Experience & Education

• 3+ years of experience in a B2B customer-facing role, preferably in a diverse and inclusive setting
• Familiarity with Salesforce and order management tools
• Demonstrated ability to balance company and customer needs effectively
• BS/BA Degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent professional experience
