This position works out of our Casa Grande, Arizona location in the Abbott Nutrition division. Our Nutrition business develops science-based nutrition products for people of all ages, from helping babies and children grow to keeping adult bodies strong and active. What You'll Work On

• Lead and Inspire : Supervise a team of skilled professionals, focusing on mentorship, coaching, and collaboration to drive success.
• Optimize Operations : Oversee the seamless purchase, storage, and movement of raw materials and finished goods to keep production running smoothly.
• Ensure Material Flow : Manage the handling and timely supply of production materials within the facility, ensuring uninterrupted operations.
• Inventory Excellence : Maintain accurate inventory control and ensure stock levels meet production needs.
• Strategic Planning : Forecast material requirements, coordinate supply, and guarantee efficient flow from raw materials to finished goods.
• Global Coordination : Handle customs, shipping, and logistics to support timely distribution.
• Continuous Improvement : Identify opportunities to streamline processes and enhance efficiency across the supply chain.

You’ll be accountable for meeting our compliance standards including FDA, OSHA and Abbott policies and procedures.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• Experience : Minimum 1 year

The base pay for this position is $60,000.00 – $120,000.00. In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
