If you've put miles on the roads of California, Arizona, Nevada, Oregon, Washington and beyond we want you behind the wheel. This is a true Western regional run covering 11 states plus Texas, designed around getting you home regularly without sacrificing your paycheck.
PAY & BONUSES
- $0.52 to $0.56 CPM based on verifiable experience
- Weekly earnings: $1,100 to $1,400 on average
- Our top performers pull $1,800+ every week
- Stay safe, stay productive earn up to 3 additional CPM in performance bonuses
- Sitting and waiting costs you money. We cover detention at $12.50/hr after hour two
- Breakdown or layover pay: $100/day
$2,000 SIGN-ON BONUS
- Get $500 on your very first load
- Earn the remaining $1,500 through milestones in your first 3 months
YOUR TRUCK AND YOUR FREIGHT
- 2021 or newer Freightliner Cascadias and Kenworths well maintained, modern equipment
- 100% no-touch freight so you're not breaking your back at every stop
- Mostly drop & hook (50 to 60%) with some live unload (40 to 50%)
- Average haul: 400 miles, average weekly mileage: 2,200
- Support staff available around the clock, every day of the week
HOME TIME
- Regular home time every 2 weeks this is a regional fleet, not OTR

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
- Class A CDL, age 21 or older
- At least 3 months of tractor-trailer experience on equipment 40ft or longer
- Clean driving record with no DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- Must clear DOT physical and drug screen
- SAP drivers cannot be considered
